Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Sarah Mae Aesthetics, we are committed to providing you with quality and professional products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To facilitate this process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Returns for Refund:

  • Returns requiring a refund must be initiated within 14 days of your receipt date. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • The product being returned must remain in its original packaging, unopened, sealed, and in unused condition.
  • Ensure that you include a detailed note inside the parcel, indicating the reasons for the return, along with your address and contact information.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping and handling charges. Please keep the tracking number and proof of returns, as we cannot issue a refund until we have received the returned product.
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.
  • Our aim is to process returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Please allow at least 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your credit card statement or bank account.

Exchange Policy:

  • We are pleased to facilitate exchanges for any unused products that you may have had a change of heart about.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your receipt date.
  • The product must remain in its original, unopened, sealed, and unused condition.
  • Include a note inside the parcel explaining the reasons for the exchange, and provide your address and contact details.
  • Just like with returns, we cannot process an exchange until we have received the returned product. Retain the tracking number and proof of returns.
  • If there is a difference in cost between the products being exchanged, we may contact you for further information.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Sales Items and Special Offers:

Sale or special offer products cannot be refunded or exchanged. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund, start by checking your bank or credit card account again.
  • Next, get in touch with your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.
  • If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you further.
