Terms and Conditions
Booking Priority: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £25 deposit is mandatory for all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled booking to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Please contact the clinic directly if you wish to do so.
Rescheduling Limit: Appointments can only be rescheduled twice. On the third attempt to reschedule, the £25 deposit will be lost.
Missed Appointments: Failure to attend your appointment or provide the required notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Review Appointments: Missing your review appointment will result in the forfeiture of the appointment, with no alternative review date offered. To reschedule a review appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that review appointments must occur within 28 days of your initial treatment date.
Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to the cancellation of your appointment to ensure we do not overlap with subsequent clients.
Special Instructions for Injectable Treatments: If you are receiving an injectable treatment, please refrain from consuming alcohol within 24 hours before your appointment.
PRP/IPRF Treatments: For PRP/IPRF treatments, please abstain from smoking or vaping for 4 hours prior to your appointment. Additionally, we recommend avoiding paracetamol for 12 hours before your treatment.
Skin Treatments: Please note that we cannot perform treatments on broken or sunburnt skin.
Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions that should be disclosed prior to your appointment, kindly contact us directly.
Children at the Clinic: If you are bringing young children to the clinic, please ensure there is a supervising adult with them at all times, as our staff cannot provide supervision, and children cannot enter treatment rooms.
Treatment Prices: Our listed prices serve as a guide and are subject to confirmation during your consultation. Prices may vary without prior notice.
Advertised Offers: Advertised offers cannot be combined with any other promotions. Management reserves the right to refuse any promoted offers for specific treatments. Please mention any offer codes at the time of booking.
Recommend a Friend: We encourage you to introduce your friends to our services and offer a referral scheme for both you and your friend. This promotion is available to NI residents aged 18 and over. Discounts are not applicable to gift vouchers or skincare products. To receive the discount, your referred friend must schedule and pay for a treatment within 6 months of the referral. You, as the referrer, will receive a 10% discount off your next treatment after your friend’s first treatment is completed. This discount is valid for 6 months and can be applied to one appointment only. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, and no cash or alternative incentives will be provided.
Liability – SARAH MAE AESTHETICS will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of property), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide SARAH MAE AESTHETICS with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. SARAH MAE AESTHETICS will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, SARAH MAE AESTHETICS regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit SARAH MAE AESTHETICS liability for death or any personal injury resulting from SARAH MAE AESTHETICS
